The Tully Free Library has books for children of all reading levels, including easy readers, and popular series like the Diaries of a Wimpy kid. There is a robust non-fiction collection for help with homework and personal discovery with many beautifully illustrated texts.
We offer programs for children of all ages.
Tykes Time is a storytime for kids up to age 5 on Wednesday mornings from 10:30-11:30 AM. Sonja Shepherd, head of children's services, leads an engaging program of stories and fun activities for your little ones.
Terrific Tuesdays is a twice-monthly after school program for elementary-aged kids. Free crafts, stories, and snacks from 3-4 PM on the first and third Tuesday of the month (starts September 20).
BookBusters kids' book club meets monthly and is led by Kelly Chambala. The recommended ages for this group is 8-12. Check out our calendar of events for the schedule. BookBusters is currently on hiatus until January.
