The Tully Free Library currently has 6 “Tech Packs” with a Chromebook laptop and accompanying Verizon Internet hotspot that allow you to connect to the Internet for free from anywhere. The hotspots allow 10 devices (phones, computers, tablets) to connect to the Internet, so that multiple users will have free Internet access at the same time.

All libraries in Onondaga County now have Tech Packs to borrow for a loan period of 3 weeks. Borrowers must be 18 years old and owe a maximum of $5 in fines.
