Passes, Kits and unique items

 

See some art! Check out the Everson Museum pass for free admission. Go by yourself, or take the family! You can check out the pass for 3 days. This pass can also be used at reciprocal EMPIRE State museums. Visit everson.org for a list of the reciprocal museums.

The pass is on a first come first serve basis, and you can not put a hold on it. Fees for programs other than admission are not included with the pass.

Are you ready to explore our Onondaga County Parks?

The TFL has two Explore Outdoors Passes that allow free admission to the following Onondaga County Parks:

  • Beaver Lake Nature Center (one vehicle)

  • Highland Forest (four people)

  • Jamesville Beach Park (one vehicle)

  • Oneida Shores Park (one vehicle)

  • Pratt's Falls Park (four people)

  • Rosamund Gifford Zoo (four people)

The passes are located behind the circulation desk.
You can keep the pass for three days.

 NYS Empire State Pass

One day vehicle pass to more than 128 NYS Parks.
• Three day loan
• Non holdable, non renewable
• 1 pass per library card
• 18 years or older 

 

Other things you can check out:

Take-home Storytime tote bags for babies and toddlers filled with books and music CDs. Read-Along Songs and Read-Along Love Songs for Baby. These are by the fireplace near the circulation desk.

Little Learners backpacks for children, filled with books, activities and toys, centered around a theme such as food, colors, and numbers. These are by the fireplace near the circulation desk.

Teen Maker backpacks: Rainbow Loom, Legos for Teens, Stop Motion Animation, Paper Machines, Robotics. These are located in the Teen section of the library.

Our Seed Library is brought out each Spring, with free seed packets of vegetables, fruit, flowers and herbs to check out with your library card. More info is here.
