Tech Help @ TFL

We offer one-on-one help with technology.  We can meet with you at the library, or remotely via Zoom, or by phone.

Give us a call at 315-696-8606, or email tullyfree@tullyfreelibrary.org to set up an appointment.

We can help you with:

  • Computer, tablet and smartphone basics

  • Downloading eBooks and audiobooks with Overdrive and Libby

  • Downloading movies, music, audiobooks and eBooks with Hoopla

  • Microsoft Word and Excel basics

  • Google Drive

  • Social media for beginners (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Tully Free Library staff are not IT professionals, and are unable to troubleshoot malfunctioning devices, replace physical parts on a device or remove computer viruses. Assistance will be given on a first come, first served basis.
