Wendy Hutton

Wendy Hutton joined the Tully Free Library Board as a Trustee in July 2021. She grew up in Northern Pennsylvania. Wendy attended Mansfield University, obtaining a Bachelors in Social Work and later attended Marywood University where she received a Masters in Social Work. She has worked in a variety of different settings within the Social Work field as well as being employed as a Substitute Teacher at three local school districts. Recently she was hired as a School Based Counselor for Family Counseling Services of Cortland, NY. Wendy is active in several volunteer organizations, a few of which include the Tully Parent Teacher Organization and a National program called Lasagna Love.

Wendy enjoys gardening as well as spending time with friends and family. Wendy and her husband Michael have lived in the Tully area for the past 13 years. They have two children together. Wendy is willing to volunteer her time and use her experiences to better engage individuals to understand and utilize services the library has to offer.
